How to increase awareness?

JAK ZWIEKSZYC SWIADOMOSC DR PRUSZAK

Consciousness is a key aspect of human existence, influencing our perception, decisions, and daily life. Increasing awareness can lead to a deeper understanding of oneself, the world around us, and our relationships with others. In a spiritual and personal context, expanding consciousness may mean greater harmony, peace, and understanding of deeper truths about life.

Currently, there are many methods and practices that can support this growth in awareness. These diverse approaches, often drawing from ancient traditions and modern discoveries, offer unique perspectives and tools for exploring the inner world. From ancient systems like astrology, numerology, or runes, through more contemporary practices such as relaxation techniques, microdosing of psychoactive substances, to profound meditative practices like vipassana—each of these methods can open the door to expanding consciousness in a different way.

Human Design offers a unique synthesis of astrology, I Ching, Kabbalah, and body energy systems, providing an individual map to better understand oneself and one’s place in the world. Numerology, on the other hand, uses the magical power of numbers to discover inner truths and potential. Astrology, as a practice of studying the influence of celestial bodies on human life, helps understand the larger cycles and influences that shape our personality and destiny.

Runes, ancient symbols used by Germanic and Nordic shamans, are a tool for divination and a path to deeper wisdom. Ormus, also known as monoatomic gold, is a valuable agent that can help in raising vibrations and healing on a quantum level. Relaxation techniques, such as meditation, yoga nidra, or breathing practices, are fundamental in calming the mind and opening the heart, which is essential for consciousness development.

Vipassana, one of the oldest meditation techniques, teaches the observation of reality as it is, leading to profound inner transformation. Shamanic rituals, utilizing the power of intention, natural elements, and spiritual guides, open space for healing and discovering invisible aspects of reality. Microdosing of psychoactive substances, such as LSD or psilocybin, is being studied for its potential in treating depression, enhancing creativity, and deepening self-awareness.

Psychoactive substances, including mushrooms and ayahuasca, are used in a ceremonial context for deep inner journeys, uncovering the subconscious, and healing traumas. Hapé, sacred tobacco used by indigenous people of the Amazon, acts to cleanse the mind and body.

Living in the “here and now,” the practice of mindfulness and full presence in every moment, is the key to deeper understanding of oneself and the world. Huna, an ancient Hawaiian philosophy and spiritual practice, emphasizes the power of intention, love, and harmony in healing and manifestation. Being happy, the ultimate goal of many spiritual practices, results from deep understanding and acceptance of oneself and the world. Ceremonial cacao, used in rituals as a heart-opening agent, supports community, healing, and joy.

Each of these paths offers unique insights and tools for exploring inner consciousness. The choice of the right method depends on individual predispositions, interests, and spiritual paths. Ultimately, the growth of consciousness is a journey to the inner self, discovering deeper layers of being, and connecting with universal wisdom.

1. HUMAN DESIGN

HUMAN DESIGN DR PRUSZAK

Human Design is a method that allows deep understanding of our individual physical and energetic makeup. This tool serves to discover one’s own identity at a spiritual level, revealing our strengths and weaknesses, talents and challenges. As such, it enables more conscious decisions regarding lifestyle, promoting harmony and balance.

Human Design is based on the premise that each of us is a unique expression of universal energy, known by various names such as God, Source, Universe, or Life Force.

This approach is not tied to any religion and does not require the adoption of specific beliefs. It is a tool aimed at better understanding oneself and our role in the world.

Human Design consists of three main elements:

– Our date of birth, time, and place (also known as the Human Design chart)

– I Ching (also known as the Book of Changes)

– Kabbalah (also known as the Tree of Life) These three systems are used together to create a map of our individual design.

Additionally, Human Design utilizes:

– Western and Vedic astrology

– Hindu system of chakras

– Modern science.

The Human Design is based on understanding that we all have a unique energetic pattern, or mandala. This mandala is created at the moment of our birth and reflects our specific design for this life. It shows us what energies will attract and support us, and what energies to avoid.

2. NUMEROLOGY

Numerology is a field that attracts those interested in deeper self-discovery. By calculating your personal number, you can gain insight into your personality and character traits. In numerology, numbers play a key role, influencing various aspects of our lives and well-being. Importantly, you don’t need to be an expert in astrology or esoterics to use numerology and discover what this practice says about you. I’ll show you how to calculate your unique number, the meaning of different numbers, and how to use this knowledge.

Numerology is a term from the field of pseudosciences, closely associated with esoterics and astrology, based on the belief in mystical connections between numbers and life events. This discipline also deals with attributing meanings to individual numbers, which have an impact on many aspects of life.

The most popular application of numerology is the creation of a numerological analysis based on the number that defines our “Life Path,” which can be easily calculated based on the date of birth. These numbers can provide information about our nature and personality.

Numerology also finds application in the business world, where entrepreneurs and company owners use it to discover numeric patterns that could explain relationships between various events, especially popular in financial market analyses.

To understand current applications of numerology, it’s worth looking back to ancient times. Even before our era, gematria, a system based on the Hebrew language and alphabet, assigned values to words and names in a religious context. This system was used by Jewish rabbis to interpret texts of the Talmud and Torah.

3. ASTROLOGY

Are you fascinated by astrology? Are you curious what your zodiac sign can reveal about your nature? In this article, we’ll explain what an astrological horoscope is and how to interpret your zodiac sign. You will also find tips on relationships, as well as recommendations for colors and stones that are suggested based on astrological knowledge. Astrology, as a practice dating back to antiquity, enables predicting the future and better understanding oneself. By analyzing your zodiac sign, you can discover more about yourself and the people around you.

An astrological horoscope is nothing more than a record of the celestial configuration at the moment of your birth, showing the mutual positions of the Sun, Moon, planets, and constellations. From the horoscope, you can read information about your predispositions, strengths and weaknesses, lucky numbers, days, as well as recommended stones and metals. The horoscope sheds light on your romantic predispositions, how you relate to others, romantic compatibility, and career and financial forecasts.

To decrypt your horoscope, just find the zodiac sign assigned to your birth date. For example, people born on December 21 fall under the sign of Capricorn. Further information will explain what this means for your personality, love life, and career path.

4. RUNES

Runes symbolize mysteries and are deeply rooted in our subconscious. Their complex history indicates that ancient Germanic and Nordic tribes used them to communicate with various energies. These energies could assist people in making decisions or warn them of dangers. Interestingly, their function remains unchanged even in modern times, still attributing magical properties to them. Runes possess a force that often helps us understand our feelings towards a specific task or question. The material they are made from is less important than the symbol they represent.

It might seem that the old energy of runes no longer concerns us, and their historical significance might seem distant from modern times. However, this belief is far from the truth.
Runes can be used to solve personal problems and point the right path. They are useful when we seek certainty in uncertain situations. They have the ability to clarify and explain what may seem enigmatic. They do not serve to predict the future nor do they provide definitive answers. Runes can be seen as whispers, suggestions that our subconscious must interpret.

It is important to realize that runes do not present us with a clear scenario nor do they indicate the only correct path. The future is malleable and dependent on decisions made by the person. Every path we choose can be changed, provided we decide to take control of our lives and direct them in a new direction.

For a long time, there has been a substance surrounded by mystery and the subject of numerous speculations. Known by various names, such as ormus, monoatomic gold, or white gold powder, it arouses interest and questions about its essence. Some people regard it as an ancient elixir of life, bringing extraordinary benefits to its consumers. Others view ormus as a key element of the universe, having a fundamental importance for health and well-being. There are also voices that this substance may be a pathway to spiritual awakening.

Ormus, although shrouded in mystery, is known worldwide and can be obtained in many ways. Some sources suggest its presence in specific foods, while others describe specific extraction methods. There is no universal method for obtaining ormus, further adding to its mystique.

The history of ormus goes far back, with references in ancient texts. The biblical story of manna from heaven, which was supposed to be food for the Israelites traveling through the desert, is one of such references. Some interpret manna as ormus, linking the substance to a divine origin.

In ancient Egypt, ormus was renowned for its purported properties. Egyptians believed that it could foster spiritual awakening and was used for medicinal purposes. Pharaohs were said to consume it in large quantities, deriving extraordinary benefits from it.

The benefits of ormus are diverse and include improving mental clarity, increasing physical energy, and supporting detoxification of the body. Some believe that ormus enables deeper connection with divinity and is essential for our health. Despite difficulties in definitively confirming these advantages, ormus continues to fascinate and attract those who seek more than just a substance.

8. VIPASSANA

VIPASSANA DR PRUSZAK

For those looking to escape the noise of everyday life, Vipassana meditation may be the ideal solution. This ancient practice offers the opportunity to find inner peace and improve mental and physical health. In this article, we will explore the essence of Vipassana, ways to practice it, and the benefits derived from this form of meditation. We will also look into various Vipassana centers around the world to understand why it is so highly regarded among meditators. What is Vipassana?

Vipassana, from Sanskrit meaning “penetrating understanding”, is a meditation technique that allows one to experience the true nature of reality. First taught over 2500 years ago by Buddha Gautama, it has gained wide recognition as one of the most effective meditation methods in the world.

During Vipassana retreats, participants dedicate time to meditation in silence, focusing on their breath and bodily sensations, avoiding judging or analyzing. Although initially challenging, regular practice reveals profound truths about reality.

Retreats offer numerous benefits, both for the mind and body. They provide an opportunity to disconnect from daily distractions, allowing for deep introspection. The practice can also enhance concentration, patience, and self-regulation skills. Some practitioners experience significant breakthroughs and transformations, both during and after the retreat.

9. SHAMANIC RITUALS

With their ability to initiate personal transformations, shamanic practices play a significant role in the era of postmodernism.
What if we were able to see through the illusion of individuality and remember that we are all connected in a vast cosmic web?
What if we could all participate in life encounters that stimulate our innate wisdom and inspire us to do good in the world?
What if we had access to the wisdom of ancient civilizations without the limitations of time and space?

Shamanism may be regarded as humanity’s first organized religion. However, it is not a religion in the traditional sense of the word but more a philosophy based on harmony with nature spirits. Shamans have strong psychic connections, and their practices do not rely on external resources like books, labs, or theoretical dogmas. Shamanic practices are a dazzling and intuitive set of tools that allow us to explore the deepest corners of our inner cosmos. Mystical experiences enable us to connect with our origins, approach spiritual balance, and understand our place in the universe.

Unlike recording their knowledge, traditional shamanic cultures transmit it through songs and practices. This is why rituals play a crucial role in unlocking this ancient wisdom.

These rituals are beneficial and effective, provided they are performed in an honest manner. They allow us to find our authentic “self”, discover ties with our communities, and understand our place in the universe. In times of emotional, environmental, and social unrest, shamanic rituals offer hope for positive changes on both an individual and community level.

10. MICRODOSING

Psychedelics have been a topic of numerous myths and more fears for many years. Unaware people treat the concept as synonymous with a drug, making it difficult to talk about a positive media image of these substances. The following article aims to dispel any doubts about psychedelics. Moreover, we will also consider whether microdosing psychedelics might have any health benefits.

About microdosing or microdosing, we can talk when the patient takes a dose of a psychedelic substance that is too small to produce noticeable psychoactive effects. Typically, we are talking about a concentration of 5 to 10% of the standard dose of a given drug.

Microdoses of psychedelics are commonly believed to have a huge impact on serotonin production in the body. This hormone is associated not only with the feeling of happiness but also with cognition, sleep, digestion, thermoregulation, memory, and even physiological processes.

In 2020, wide-scale studies began on microdosing and its impact on mental health. Until we know the results of these observations, we can only rely on reports in the context of widespread use of psychedelics. These reports are not scientifically confirmed and often concern the subjective perception of health after microdoses.

11. PSYCHOACTIVE SUBSTANCES

Psychoactive Mushrooms
Psychoactive mushrooms, hallucinogenic mushrooms, mushrooms with psychoactive effects – each of these names refers to a group of mushrooms containing psilocybin, which turns into psilocin upon consumption. Over the years, there has been a lot of controversy and myths surrounding them. Therefore, it’s worth discovering the real impact of “magic mushrooms” on the human body and mind.

To start, it’s worth considering what psychoactive mushrooms are. In short, they are mushrooms that contain psilocybin – a chemical compound responsible for psychoactive and psychedelic effects. Psilocybin itself is not biologically active but quickly transforms into psilocin after consumption by humans. Psilocin has properties that alter mental states, sometimes comparable to the effects of Ayahuasca, LSD, DMT, Sassafras, or mescaline.

Psychedelic mushrooms can cause – as the name suggests – visual and mental hallucinations. Besides these, there are also euphoria, distorted sense of time, changes in the perception of the environment, and even profound spiritual experiences. Among the side effects, researchers of psychedelics show panic attacks and nausea.

Ayahuasca

Ayahuasca is a word from the Quechua language, literally translating to “vine of the soul” or “vine of the soul”. Other, though less common, names include yagé, pacha mama, natema, caapi, and huaraca. In short, ayahuasca is a naturally occurring psychedelic that is taken in the form of a specially prepared brew. Its main ingredients are leaves of the shrub Psychotria viridis – otherwise known as chacruna, as well as stems of the vine Banisteriopsis caapi. The brew may also contain extracts from other plants containing DMT (dimethyltryptamine) and harmaline (an MAO inhibitor). It is common to encounter widely used plant substitutes such as Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) or plants from the Mimosa sp. genus.

The psychedelic brew in the form of ayahuasca is brewed and consumed primarily by representatives of indigenous peoples of the Amazon. It is a popular remedy in many religious communities residing in Brazil, Central America, and even some tribes of North America.

Traditional use of ayahuasca begins with the preparation of a special decoction. Shamans, commonly called curandero, who are experienced spiritual guides, conduct the ritual of consumption. First, they boil torn leaves of Psychotria viridis and stems of Banisteriopsis caapi in water. The vine stems are previously cleaned and crushed to increase the secretion of active compounds.

Shamans or spiritual guides repeat the boiling process until an extraordinary thick concentrate is obtained. After cooling, the brew is filtered to remove any impurities and unwanted elements.
