Karmic Numbers are symbols of unresolved issues. Their significance relates to the matters that should be worked on by us in the current incarnation. Karma 13, 14, 16, 19 concerns the debt we owe to others. Karma 26 relates to the debt we owe to ourselves.

Karma 19
Tyranny
The number 19 is associated with abuses towards other beings in previous incarnations. Most often, individuals associated with 19 had much in common with tyranny, showing no mercy for fellow humans. It can be concluded that empathy and understanding were not part of their code of conduct. They were driven by arrogance, vanity, and high arrogance.
Karma 19 will cause the person currently facing it to be repeatedly humiliated or subjected to tyranny to understand the great harm they inflicted on others in their previous incarnation. Such a person will not be devoid of leadership qualities. They probably still possess them. However, the goal is to teach them empathy and enforce sensitivity.
The number 19 must learn tolerance. It is precisely the lack of this value that often closes them off to other people. From a position of power, one can use it in many wonderful ways, so karma 19 will show such a person that abusing it and humiliating any being from that position is unacceptable.
